CCC has recognized a need for a Network that will facilitate increased communication among professionals within our industry. In the developing condo conversion market, the exchange of information-regarding the availability of services and properties-is important to all of us. CCC is dedicated to educating, fostering and assisting the owners of multi-family properties who may be considering a condo conversion.
To this end, we continue to compile the names and addresses of companies and individuals (and their properties) who might have some experience with conversions or who might want to get involved in some aspect of the conversion process.
This directory includes realtors, joint venture partners, multi-family property owners and management companies. It may not be possible for the staff of CCC to respond personally to every request for assistance with a conversion.
However , with CCC's "network" of specialists, we can put you in touch with someone in your area who has conversion experience. CCC will be available for consultation in these cases. Also, as a member of the CCC Network your name will not be forwarded unless you have given us written permission to do so.
